Saywhat’s 120 LinkedIn Post Ideas & AI Prompts

On Monday, I gave away 120 pre-validated LinkedIn post ideas and the AI prompts I use to write all my content. Check them out.

"My impressions are going down and I don't know why."

Most creators panic when their reach starts dropping.

They think they're doing something wrong.

Usually, they're just doing what they've always done - and it isn't working anymore.

It happens on every social network as they mature.

A visual format or style works for a while, then it stops working.

There's simply more competition on the feed these days.

More people creating content. More ads taking up space.

But ironically, the top 1% of LinkedIn posts are actually doing better than ever - high engagement is still totally possible!

And you can do it too.

So don't panic - adapt instead.

How? By making readers have "aha" moments.

What exactly is an "aha" moment?

It's when your reader thinks:

  • "I’ll give that a try tomorrow"

  • "Finally someone is saying this!"

  • "Oh that's a great point I hadn't thought of that"

  • "That's so true, I love that they said that out loud"

  • "That's actually useful, I'll print that out and use it tomorrow"

Why does this matter so much?

Because when people experience these moments, we show them we might be worth following.

Creating "Aha" Moments in 3 Steps

Here's a short video of how I do this in Saywhat and my AI writing prompts that I use to get millions of impressions.

1. Frame boldly: Titles that force readers to rethink

Pick provocative angles on familiar topics that make people question their assumptions.

Examples that work well:

  • "Harsh truths of [your industry]" instead of generic tips

  • "What great [industry] leaders never say" (#27) flips conventional advice on its head

  • "Why everything you know about [industry] is wrong" (#107) challenges assumptions

  • "The real numbers behind [industry] success" (#119) cuts through typical success story fluff

2. Put your most surprising/punchy points first

Don't save your best insights for later - lead with them.

3. Trust your own emotional response

How do you decide which points to put first?

Simple: Observe your own emotions when you read each point.

If you don't feel something, your readers won't either.

Choose the points that make YOU actually feel something - surprise, validation, relief, or controversy.

Try this approach this week on one post.

Lead with an unexpected take, followed by your most surprising points.

Send it to me when you post - I'd love to see how it performs for you!

See you next time,

Will
